I downloaded the Media Creation Tool. After that I created the ISO. I ran the ISO and didn't see an upgrade option. I guess the upgrade option means keeping personal file and the app.
Nevertheless, I went back to media creation tool and chose the update option. I have successfully updated the system after literally about 24 hours. I logged in and printed something to my printer. I was very happy. Everything seems fine. Then, I shut down the computer. I started again. Problems come. After it started, a blank screen with an mouse arrow cursor appear. After few minutes, the login screen appeared. I can only log in with administrator account.
The other users account appear blank after logged. Even with administrator account, after login, there is a blank screen appear for a short while. Everything seems working slowly.
